CIGIN Construction and Development Corporation formerly Undaloc Construction Company (UCCI) is a duly registered corporation with the Securities and Exchange Commission. It is a duly registered corporation with the Securities and Exchange Commission. It is a Filipino oriented corporation involved in general construction, especially in horizontal projects. It started its operation sometime in 1991 as UCCI.

It is named after the family name of Engr. Cirilo A. Undaloc. CIGIN is a combination of the first names of Engr. Cirilo and Mrs. Gina Undaloc – the spouse. It started as a subcontractor to the various projects of Gorones Development Corporation in Sultan Kudarat. Sometime in 1994, the company took on more challenging projects in Maasin, Southern Leyte and the site development project of North Town Homes and North Town Residences. Also, around during that time, UCCI took on projects in the mountain barangays through both private and government agencies.

The company bestowed exemplary workmanship to most projects of Gorones Development Corporation as subcontractor in 1995 which includes the industrial development of MEPZ 2, the MCDP 2 project, the trans-central highway in Cebu which connects Cebu City to Balamban, and the Bohol circumferential road project.

With such satisfactory performances, we have been sought after by most leading companies in Cebu and we have been awarded projects by APO Cement Corporation, Dykarhoff & Widmann AG (Dwidag), Shimizu Philippines, the Ayala Group of Companies, Dungsung Construction, and Western Philippines Corporation.

Despite the economic turmoil in 1997, Undaloc Construction continued to get projects from both private and government agencies. From then on, UCCI management decided to expand its field of expertise in vertical projects to maximize the opportunities available in the construction industry and to enhance its competitiveness. As a result, UCCI engaged in design and build projects on industrial, commercial, and residential buildings.

The company has contributed not only through infrastructure projects, but also to the families of its workers.

Now UCCI has maintained its machineries, its full staff of engineers and skilled workers, and other logistical support to attain its main objective which is to provide best services to its clients.
